The Avante proudly welcomes your furry companions. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with breed restrictions that may apply. We encourage all residents to review our pet policies and register their pets with the office before move in. Our community offers a spacious dog park with agility features, as well as a dog spa. Don't forget to stop by the office- your four legged family members can enjoy a complimentary treat.

Leasing & Application Process

In Northwest Wichita, the Westside Feeder Service is also available to help residents connect to nearby bus stops and transit routes.

Move-in / Move-out
Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.
On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments are submitted and all necessary information is submitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
